Ctrl-key not morking on Asus Eee laptop

Hello,
Both my ctrl-keys AND my 's'-key topped working after formatting. Just got it back from the
shop and would love for it to work this weekend since it doesn't open til monday.
Help please!

Just found out the Fn stopped working too...
