Recovery disk

Hello,
Somone messed with my password and I cant log on and I dont have a recovery disk, I am the administrator so I cant do anything. Help! Is there some way to recover my password and/or how do you acquire a disk?

in u r not in a network then u can access ur datas by connecting ur HDD to another one....as secondary....
