Can you save my computer

Hello,
I got my laptop around August 2009. Friday morning, June 10th 2011, it would not boot up. It barely started resuming windows and just froze and it doesn't turn off. I pressed F8 but it just beeps at me. I have taken out the battery but it just goes right back to that screen.     No disc cause its a notebook and doesn't have anywhere to run discs. If you're using Windows XP, you can re-install it throug a pendrive. Hera are steps on how to make a pendrive bootable:
