Double clicking isn't working :'(

Hello,

When I try to open my icons and folders, it won't open and makes a bing noise. When I try to right click, it does the same thing! I want my computer to act normalagain, please help! D: I have a Dell Vostro by the way.

whats that bing noise ? is it a message ? or what ?
