Windows/system32/config/corrupt

Hello,i have a problem with my computer. My computer have a problem. My computer shows computer is can not start because windows/system32/config/corrupt or and then shows enter real setup from cd rom and in press r to recover in firstscreen.and then when i press r then my computer is restart and all things good same repeatly.what can i do in this time? please help me.
