Hello,
I have two laptops which are both regularly used for different purposes but the internet is a main reason the laptops. Recently one of my laptops disconnected itself from the internet and when i go to reconnect it it says that there is no networks available. I know this is untrue as my other computer is connected to the internet. I also brought the laptop to my friends house as she has working wireless internet to see if it would wokr but it is still saying there are no networks available. I cannot connect to the help forum on that laptop as it is online and it is a hassle to work between the two.
I would greatly appreciate your help.

Hello,

Try this 1

1) First check your security key and the SSID.

2) If the problem still exists then

Click on Start --> Run --> Type services.msc and press Enter.

"Services" window will be opened.

At the right-side look for "Wireless Zero Configuration" and double-click on it -->

Set the "Startup type:" to "Disable" from the drop-down menu.

Good Luck
