disk D cannnot open Closed

Question

I can't open my disk D 
when i get double click,show me this(this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.please contact your sisstem administrator) 
please help me because I don't want to lose nothing 


Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 535.1

1. Start > Run > gpedit.msc 

2. Go to User Configuration\Administrative Template\Windows Component\Windows Explorer 
go to
 Prevent access to drives from My Computer

disable this option

Disk D cannnot open
