Can't connect to my internet

Hello,


I am having a problem with my internet connection. I am from US my internet provider is AOL, then when i log on to AOL it will stop and says looking for TCP IP. Please please help me how to solve this

Hi,

Enter tcp/ip and assign ip and dns automatic and restart pc .
