No signal on monitor

Hello,
I would like to ask a little question sir/maam, and i hope that u would like to answer this in a clear, and i hope i would understand.My computer is running but the monitor says their is no signal , for a moment i check all components: like memory hard disk and etc. but their is no effect'. what i have going to do so my computer back to normal? please help me for that matter/ ty....

Greetings,

Try to remove your power cord and hold the On button for like 30 seconds to 1 minute and then connect it back and turn on to see if the problem persists.
