Matching numbers

Hello,

This is me Mustafa Faizi working as Western Union reconciliation officer, so as we know we have the MTCN umbers one from the Company and other from our system, as we are matching their reports with our reports and we are reconciled from MTCN numbers is there any way to match them over all we can say we match one list with another. i tried VLOOKUP Formula and i did not get the result because i need the out standing data from both list on the spot if you help me regarding this i would be appreciate and thankful from you.
