Signs gone in different places

Help,
I just want to ask a question about how to make the @ sign and the # sign go back under the numbers 2 and 3 when the shift button is press? and I also have other signs misplaced on the keyboard..hoping for your response. thank you.

Hi,
The @ goes above the Q & W and the # goes Above the W & E
