This message means your hard drive has failed. I suggest you take it to a local repair shop and get an estimate for replacement of the hard drive and reloading of Windows.

Good Luck
Does this mean i've lost everything saved on my computer?

maybe, sometimes a special recovery program can salvage some of the files on the disk. Your files may be located on a section of the disk that is still readable.

Good Luck
