Hello, sir i have internal Dell Wireless 365 Bluetooth Module 2 year ago i m use it when i install new window and install its driver(my problem is start) that is active bluetooth fn+f2 i press again and again but in vain now i use win xp sp3 i try also in win vista but my problem is not solve please me. my email adress is <<

Install this and restart,see if your wireless key works now

i download and install software 
after some second repeat same problem fn+f2 
but it did not work 
my computer device manager show that genric bluetooth adopter
so what does it mean please reply early
