Hi Jones,
Your question is pretty vague.
quote: "look at a list of dates in column B".
What dates are we looking for?
quote: "paste the data in column C and D to another sheet in one place".
Which place?
quote: "into the other sheet in another place".
You mean same destination sheet?
By another place you mean the next row?
Maybe it's best if you upload your file using a filesharing site like speedyshare.com and post back the link.
Explain in detail what you want to achieve.
Best regards,
Trowa

Hi Trowa
Sorry for being so vague.
Here is a link to the file
http://www.speedyshare.com/files/30230162/test.xls
Basically what I want to do, is copy the information in columns C and D in sheet 1 and paste them into sheet 2 under the correct date.
Let me know if that doesn't make sense.
Thanks

Hi Jones,
Since we need to compare the dates from sheet1 and sheet2 they need to be in the same format (at least it's easier to handle). Therefore I used row 4 of sheet2 to input the date. Then I changed the text color to white so you don't see it.
Here is your file:

I hope you like the result.
Best regards,
Trowa
