About the same problem with connection

Hello,

i have the same problem with my connection, on my pc i cant connect while on my lap top everything its okey, i read about that trick with run down there but my service pack is 3 so that is not helping me. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, tell me some trick like that but for SERVICE PACK 3 it really makes me nervous 4 days till now.
