Blank screen after windows logo

Hello,
the computer screen goes blank after windows logo. I tried safe mode, lkgc, enable vga mode but nothing works. I dont have a graphics card. I tried reseating the HDD cables and nothing works. I have windows xp and asrock motherboard and I feel thats an hadware issue.

you must have some type of graphics card?? Maybe thats your problem
