Desktop not show

Hello,


whan i login my laptop desktop not show only belu window

whan i am alt+ctrl+delete find the new task open c:\ then show the desktop

I spent 5 day to solve this problem

1- copy explorer.exe from any other clean computer from (C:\WINDOWS)

2- in your computer go to C:\WINDOWS

3- show hidden files from (Tools - Folder Options - View - Show hidden files and folders).

4- delete explorer.exe and any other files statr with explorer...

5- put the new file (explorer.exe) in (C:\WINDOWS)

6- log off

7- log on

after pressing alt+ctrl+del press new task switch and run this task C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe and to remove this problem permanently run rdisk and repare explorer.exe
