RIght click on the desktop>click on appearance tab
Now change Windows & buttons from
- Windows Classic to Windows XP style
Color scheme to silver
If you still face issue try this
GO to run and type
access.cpl and click ok
Now select display tab and uncheck '' high contrast'' and click ok
