Very slow internet and crashes

Hello,

I have a acer aspire one D257 which has the slowest internet. I have followed the instructions on here and gone into the device manager and into network adapters however when i click on the 'advanced' tab looking to turn off the power save option it isn't on the list so i can't do it. Any help with this problem would be much appreciated.

Do you have a power management tab?

'' turn off the power save option '' should be in your power management tab

Yea i looked in there and there doesn't seem to be anything about turning off the power save.

You should have this option

'' allow the computer to turn off the device to save power ''
