unable to open computer Closed

Hello, 
        yesterday i downloaded a software where it says you can do partitions for the hard drives which  are full. i did not know what i did now i am trying to open the computer . it is showing the safe mode , start windows normally, only that page is opening how many times i switch on the computer i am getting the same page. if i opt for the option,recent configuratin then i am getting somehting on the screen like defrag etc., and again its going to the same page start windows normally,safe mode 
please anybiody help me

Can you boot into safemode?

You should have backed up datas before using disk partition softwares.

Insert your XP CD and press any key and wait for windows to load,you should get a setup like this

Press R key and get into recovery console

Type your admin password and run this command

fixmbr 

Press enter and exit,see if you can boot into windows.

Still if you face issue ,repair it
