I have a compaq presario cq50

Hello,
I Have a compaq presario CQ50...
and im out at sea with a cruise ip connection....
my pc showes me lan connection...but doesnt allow my internet connection...
but allows all my collegues to connect to the internet,,,,
please help me....
cause ive tried my best and not found a solution....

The Ship must have a "technology manager" that can advise you how to fix the problem. Remember you paid for service.

He/she probably has fixed 1,000 laptops with the same problem.
