Go to control panel-sounds

and check if your sound settings are enabled

Go to run and type

devmgmt.msc and click ok

Click on sound, video and game controllers

Right click on your sound driver and select update

Go to run and type

services.msc and click ok

Check for windows audio service.Make sure it is started.

If its already started you need to install your drivers.
