is this the actual error?
option 1
Go to run and type
cmd and click ok
Now copy and run this command
regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
Check if can open the drive
option 2:
run these commands
cd\
attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf
del autorun.inf
I need to know your OS ,if above steps doesnt work for you
