Keyboard not working!

Hello,

Keyboard not working!
my keyword (acer - remote keyword ) has stop working; when pushing keys extra or other keys are inserted and often shift and Caps are selected by it self, thus i am forced to use the touch screen.
i have changed the batteries several times and have checked/cleaned the keyboard.

please advice?
