Power save mode help urgent

Hello,
My dell vastro stuck in power save mode with yellow light on it. Could you please tell me hoe to turn my computer in normal mode.

Take out the battery, disconnect all power and then restart in safe mode and check the graphics settings and drivers. You can do this by using safe mode with network
