The error is probably due that the uninstall was only partial and Quickheal must be completely removed before you can install it.
1. I suggest that you download and run this tool:
http://ccm.net/download/download-9468-revo-uninstaller-portable
2. Insure that Quickheal is removed the app data folder.
3. Install and run this totally free yet very efficient registry cleaner :
https://ccm.net/download/download-13339-eusing-free-registry-cleaner
Delete the errors that are found.
4. Restart your machine and reinstall Quickheal
