start button not working Closed

Question

Hi, I'm experiencing a different problem. the image of my desktop icons are missing same on the task bar but sit i can access on it and my start button is lock/not functioning. i try already to refresh my explorer but none of them fix my problem... and more over i cant access internet....do anyone have an idea  on how to fix it.... thnx!

not only the image of my desktop icons 
but also my start menu bottom right click only working but left click nothing happen....

i try already to run anti-malware... and i got scan 7 viruses  i remove it all but still nothing happen...

bdwy im running window 7 version 6.1

Run it and click YES and add it to registry

Restart your PC and see if you can get back your icons and left click ability
