Failed to establish a network connection

Hello,
i am javed mansuri, i connect my nokia n73 in win. xp pc.. I install nokia pc suite 7 varsion. I connect my n73 via USB and access one touch. but i receive everytime a sort msg "failed to establish a network connection!" please solve my problum urgent.

Have you already activated internet service on your mobile phone?
