Very slow connection

Hello !

I live in myanmar and use inet with EVDO connection.
My ISP(Name- MPT) can provide net speed more than 1MB.
But I only get 64Kb.
So I want to know how can I break this speed limit.

Have you called your ISP about your very slow connection ?
