Hello,
I have a dell computer, recently while it will turn on as normal the screen is very dull and it is almost impossible to see the screen and definetly too difficult to use the way it is. From what i can see when it is turned on it seems to be working normally besides that. Does anyone know what may be the problem

Is this a laptop or desktop PC? If it is a laptop I would think that you have a problem with either the "backlight" or the "inverter". Either of these problems requires a good laptop tech and costs about $100 US to fix.

I have a laptop compaq presario 700. It does not display brightly. I have to strain very hard for me to see. The screen looks very dark. How can i correct this?
