Hi, are there any beeps? And how long have you have the laptop? After some time, HP laptops go bad because the graphics card is mounted directly on the motherboard so when the computer gets hot, it literally fries the motherboard. This is a common problem and the only fix is to get the motherboard replaced.

Hello,
Forgive my delay in answering because I've been traveling.
Does not sound beep or blink any led. Just turn on all LEDs and the screen goes black with the fan running.
I'll have to change the motherboard, but I was told that HP no longer have parts for them.
Thank you for your help.
A greeting
Miguel Angel

No problem with the late reply.
If there are no beeps then it may not be the motherboard. Contact HP and ask them about this. If the motherboard does have to be replaced, you may be better off buying a new laptop.
Good luck.
