I suggest you test the software using an external USB keyboard. If the external keyboard works OK. Then, you will need to replace the laptops keyboard. Ebay can be a good place to find replacement keyboards.

Software problems are often caused by a virus or a mismatch between the keyboard language and the software language. My understanding is PC's in India often ship with multi-language support.

Good Luck

I used external keyboard but it is giving me same problem..

But I found that This problem arises after new copy of Win 7 has been installed.
and on every machine on which I install that Win 7 copy it gives same problem.

So definitely it is OS problem.

So can you give me any idea about OS settings which will solve the problem or I have to install another copy.
