windows xp black screen Closed

Question

Hello, 

I have a problem with my comp. When i turn ob my laptop start up things pop up (processor,ram etc.) And then it goes to black screen
Things i hav tried:
I inserted original xp home installation cd then it says non-emulutional boot or something like that. It formats local disk, then copies windows installation files, then it says that after reboot windows will continue with installation. After restart start-up messages come and then screen goes black again.
What to do ? I really need help !!!
