System not starting

Hello,

I am using windows 7.Yesterday on wards when i am trying to swich on pc it is not responding.I hape opened the cabinet and the LED on the motherboard is lit up.So there is no issue wid the smps.so can u suggest any solution

On the front of the case do you see the power button light up? if so does the monitor turn on or show any type of display screen when you turn the PC on?
