explorer not responding!! Closed

Hello, 

can someone help me make my explore to respond. any time i boot my PC i get a message that explorer is not responding and it takesa lot of time to reboot too. this makes the pointer moves irregularly as though it were not controled.  Please someone help me. thanks

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 9.0.1

you have reformatted back our internal hard disk because one of your window has been crashed (corrupted)
