Try this 1
Place the windows xp CD in the drive --> Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter. Command Prompt will be opened. Enter the below command
sfc /scannow and press Enter.
If the problem still exists then at the bottom of that error window you can find "Click here". Click on that and let us know the entire error signature information.
