Sony Vaio, not connecting to wifi
Closed
Hello,
I have a friend who found a like new Sony Vaio laptop in the garbage. He gave it to me so I restored it to factory settings. It has Windows XP. It runs great and I have no problems but one. it shows my wireless network but when I click to connect, it shows it is connecting and then says "Windows is unable to connect to the selected network. The network may no longer be in range. Please refresh the list of available networks and try again." I am in the same room as the wifi and have confirmed that it is ours. Any suggestions??
