Toshiba recovery loop?

Hello,
I recently reset my Toshiba satellite a505 and it went fine until I got to the screen configuring system, then it restarta and gives a message of rbootinf to complete driver installation. So not touch mouse or keyboard. It has been doing this for 35 minutes. help!
