Ipod shuffle

Hello,
i just got a ipod shuffle, trying to download itunes 8 and it just times out....i've been trying for 2 days and i'm at my whits end. i've tried everything can someone pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee help.

hi,
check the speed of our internet connection.
check if you have a good connection.
you may clear your cache and cookies to see if that helps.
