It sounds like you have a hardware failure. I you don't even see the Acer Logo when it boots then it's probably memory or motherboard related. About the only thing you can do is to remove one of the memory cards (if you have two) and see if you can identify a bad card.
Laptop motherboard cost more to replace than to buy a new laptop.
