Hello, after the successful installation of windows xp sp3 into my note book and trying to play a song using windows media player, my note book could'nt produce a sound but the player is playing. Please can you help me solve this problem? I need your help.

Sometimes you have to download the sound driver directly from the notebooks manufacturer site.

Give that a try and see.
