No sound and "script" running

Hello,
My compaq Presario 763NR has lost sound. It says there is no audio device installed. It worked until an update of Windows 7. It also told me a "script" was running. Please help. I am an online college student.

No sound and "script" running

You probably need a audio driver. I suggest you download and install SlimDrivers. I will identify your drivers and update them.
