Web pages unable to display at all on IE9

Hello,
I'm having trouble opening up pages on my Internet Explorer. At times the web pages display properly, but whenever I try to open a new page the page just goes blank and nothing loads. I have to try multiple times in order for the page to finally display itself properly, but the problem continues whenever it is that I try to open a new webpage/tab. I am not really sure what suddenly caused this problem to start up because everything had been working just fine up until yesterday and I haven't installed anything new or changed anything. I would appreciate any help. Thank you. Jovana
