Toshiba laptop display not coming

Hello,

I have both ubuntu 11.10 and Windows vista OS in my Toshiba laptop. Last time when i updated the ubuntu as told and when i restarted the system after update, display became blank. Now when i switch on the laptop power indication is coming but system is not booting further and blank display

Kindly can any one tell me what should i do

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for

60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and

later put the battery back into the laptop.

2) If the problem still exists then click on the below link and follow the instructions
