I cant sign into my msn account

Hello,
i went to log onto my msn account this morning and it said incorrect password,yet last night it was fine,so i tried to reset it and it said locked out,does anybody know how long i have to wait to try and reset my password again.PLEASE HELP I CANT GET ONTO MY FACEBOOK EITHER AND I NEED MY EMAIL ADDY TO RESET MY PASSWORD ON IT!!!

hi,
try to delete you cache and cookies.
you may delete the browsing history too.
or else it may be that your account has been hacked.

<This Has Happend To Me I Was On It Like 10 Mins Before I signed owt i tryed siging bak in so my m8n went on hers and some one signed in on my msn i was talkin to them they put rude remarks on there and tellind me they had rudies with my older brother>
