What kind of modem? DSL or your onboard modem? To use a dsl or dial-up onboard modem your connection must be reconfigured. You must therefore contact your Internet service provider.

my modem is onboard modem (tata photon whiz) , so how to contact Internet service provider? help me thanks !!

Your internet service provider is the one providing you with your cable connection which in your case is Tata Communications. You may google it or look for their custumer service phone number
