What is your problem ?
i have the problem on my hard drive. i have plenty folders on my drive. on drive properties it shows the capacity which contains all my files. but when entering inside the drive they are not shown,
i did all instruction which you gave, but no success,
note: i can see my files when entering the drive and put file name on search button
please help

Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start --> Run --> Type control folders and press Enter.
"Folder Options" window will be opened. Click on "View" tab --> Select the option
"Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck the check box "Hide protected
operating system files" and click on OK. Now look for your files.
2) Click on the below link and download the file "AutorunExterminator"
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5911-autorun-exterminator/
[Note : Make sure Dot Net Framework is installed in your PC to install the
"AutorunExterminator" OR
Click on the below link and download the Dot Net Framework
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=19]
Extract it --> Double-click on "AutorunExterminator" --> Plug your flash drive now.
This will remove the autorun.inf files from your flash drive and also from drives.
3) After that, download the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the below link
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Update it --> Perform "Full Scan"
Note : Default selected option is "Quick Scan".
Good Luck.

Now check if you can see the hidden files.
and now i can see files and folders on my hard drivers, but all of them appear like hidden files. How can I return that folders to normal folders

[Note: If you are using Window Vista or 7 then Click on Start --> In search bar, type cmd. When
the command prompt option appears in the search list, right-click on it and select the option
"Run as administrator"]
Here I assume your drive letter as G:
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and paste it.
Note : Replace the letter g with your drive letter where the files are hidden.
Now look for your files.
