Hello,

Try this 1

1) Click on Start --> Run --> Type control folders and press Enter.

"Folder Options" window will be opened. Click on "View" tab --> Select the option

"Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck the check box "Hide protected

operating system files" and click on OK. Now look for your files.

2) Click on the below link and download the file "AutorunExterminator"

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5911-autorun-exterminator/

[Note : Make sure Dot Net Framework is installed in your PC to install the

"AutorunExterminator" OR

Click on the below link and download the Dot Net Framework

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=19]

Extract it --> Double-click on "AutorunExterminator" --> Plug your flash drive now.

This will remove the autorun.inf files from your flash drive and also from drives.

3) After that, download the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the below link

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

Update it --> Perform "Full Scan"

Note : Default selected option is "Quick Scan".

Good Luck.

Hi All,

I tried bellow actions
1) Click on Start --> Run --> Type control folders and press Enter.

"Folder Options" window will be opened. Click on "View" tab --> Select the option

"Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck the check box "Hide protected

operating system files" and click on OK. Now look for your files.

Now check if you can see the hidden files.

and now i can see files and folders on my hard drivers, but all of them appear like hidden files. How can I return that folders to normal folders

Thank you very much for your support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
Try this 1
First make sure that you have followed the instructions 1 and 3 as given above.
To remove the hidden options from the files\folders
Click on "Start" -->Run --> type cmd and click on OK.
[Note: If you are using Window Vista or 7 then Click on Start --> In search bar, type cmd. When
the command prompt option appears in the search list, right-click on it and select the option
"Run as administrator"
]
Here I assume your drive letter as G:
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and paste it.
Note : Replace the letter g with your drive letter where the files are hidden.
Now look for your files.
Good Luck
