I suggest you remove the memory modules and carefully clean the metal contacts using a clean pencil eraser. (don't touch those contacts with your fingers). Memory problems can sometimes cause this type of problem.
Otherwise, you might have a motherboard problem that only a well qualified repair shop can diagnose.
