Hello,

I have a Dell Inspriation Laptop and when I start the laptop up the password screen shows up the wrong way up and is verticle rather than horizontal, this does not appear to change even after putting in the password, it does very breifly however when the desktop screeen shows up but then very quickly reverts back the wrong way and even after charging the laptop up completly, re-starting the laptop and turning it on and off it does not appear to have resolved the problem. I can however play a game I have downloaded the correct way up and does appear to work fine which is the only thing the laptop is worth using for at present.

I was wandering if you are able to help.

Thanks.

Hello,

Try this 1

May be your laptop screen is set to a screen resolution which is beyond its limit.

You can try decreasing your screen resolution

OR

When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get "Windows

Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping the

F8 key)

Select the option "Enable VGA Mode".

Good Luck
