Ladypopular hacked account

Hello,

i am playing an online game for a while...
it is called ladypopular...

But,recently someone hacked my account...and is stealing my money...
It's not that important but I spend many paysafe cards and now they took everything I had..
i can't do anything,i change my password almost every day but they find a way to log in again...
they also change my email and now I am afraid that they'll change the password I have some day and I can't use my account anymore....
The reason I try to get m account back so badly is because it's very unfair this thing they're doing because its a game not something important and the game's administrators were very rude and not willing to help so I took it quite perssonally and want to solve this situation sooooo much...
The thing is that no one could help me so far and I don't know what to do.....
So,if anyone knows something please help,i'd appreciate it!:)
